1st flag raising

The city of Kearney,NE erected a new overpass
on the east side of the city;
which was completed in 2002.
Past Commander / Vietnam veteran Michael Streeter ( photo above )
spearheaded the project of getting
the overpass dedicated to veterans.

The overpass committee efforts culminated
with the implementation of 30 flag holders
mounted on the overpass.

Mounting boots were made by DON INGRAM.

Many thanks to DON for donating his time and work

Flags were erected at Dedication 12-06-02
